• Early in-person voting: Ramsey County Elections, 90 Plato Boulevard West, St. Paul, MN 55107. Hours are:

• Monday-Friday (starting Jan. 7): 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

• Saturday, Jan. 24: 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

• Monday, Jan. 26: 8 a.m.-5 p.m
